President & CEO
Mia Diya-Bernhard, P.E., PMP
Ms. Diya-Bernhard has more than 19 years in engineering design and construction, spanning private and public work. She founded Aeparmia Engineering, PLLC in 2017 and leads multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects across Texas — power utilities, wireless and wireline telecommunications, site development, water and wastewater, utility coordination, SUE, traffic control plans, and complex permitting.
She is a licensed Professional Engineer and a certified Project Management Professional, with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her work includes permits from the City of Austin, City of San Antonio, TxDOT, TCEQ, railroads, and cities and counties statewide.
She has served the American Society of Highway Engineers Austin Chapter, NACE Austin, AWWA’s national Health, Safety and Environment Committee, Austin Habitat for Humanity, and the City of Austin Water and Wastewater Commission.
